30-day returns

If you are not happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Panels and accessories must be unused, uncut and not installed.
Items must be in their original packaging.
Please include your order number.

Panels that have been cut, glued or installed cannot be returned unless they are defective.

How to return

Email support@eliasslat.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. If an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return cost.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will email you. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the credit. Express shipping charges are not refundable.
